Pick Up:
After your order has been completed, we will notify you of your pick-up location (Norwalk) within 24 hours to your order confirmation text or email.

Thank you for choosing Bring your Tea! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please read our online order policy carefully.
1. Order Placement
• Orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance of your preferred pick-up date.
• All orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.
2. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
• Venmo
• Zelle
3. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed and payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation message within 24 hours with your pick-up details.
4. Pick-Up Details
• Pick-up times must be selected when placing your order.
• Please ensure you pick up your order on the agreed-upon date and time.
• We are unable to accommodate changes to pick-up times once your order is confirmed.
5. Cancellation & Modifications
• Orders may not be canceled or modified within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up date.
• Any changes or cancellations must be made through email prior to the 24-hour window.
• Orders that are not picked up on the specified date and time will not be refunded or eligible for in-store credit.
6. Refund Policy
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any of our baked goods, cakes, or drinks.
• Please double-check your order details before confirming.
7. Availability
• Since we operate on a pre-order basis, availability is limited. Once an item is sold out for the day, we will not be able to accept additional orders.
• We encourage placing your order early to ensure availability.
